Regional Programs Manager
Lead our in-school and after-school programs across an assigned Miami-Dade region — owning school partnerships, Teacher Artist support, and day-to-day program delivery.
Afterschool Manager
Design and scale YMU's after-school pathways and student pipelines — leading the Student Ambassador and Mentorship programs and guiding students from beginner to advanced.
Executive Assistant to the CEO
Be the CEO's right hand — owning calendar, communications, board and committee coordination, and the projects that turn ideas into results.
Office Manager
Run the day-to-day office, people, and hiring operations — the systems hub that keeps a fast-growing nonprofit moving and its team supported.
