The YMU Studio is a professional multimedia recording studio and record label that provides young creatives with free access to industry-level resources and mentorship. In an industry where the cost of recording can be a major barrier, YMU Studio erases financial obstacles, ensuring that all students have the opportunity to create, record, and release music at a professional level.
Guided by music business professionals, students take their first steps into the industry in a safe, educational environment while retaining full ownership of their music and earning 100% of their streaming royalties on major platforms.

We offer recording services for radio, tv, film, or video. This can bring your music to the next level and ensures everything sounds good before you even begin to mix.
VIDEO PRODUCTION
Whether you are looking to do a live in-studio video, music video production, or a promotional video, we have all the professional equipment and skills needed to complete your vision.
SONGWRITING & BEAT MAKING CLASS
Custom Beat and Hip Hop Music production is easy and fun! We use plugins, samples, loops, and 1-shots, for our rap and hip hop production clients.
Tuesday by appt. only, Thursday 4:30-8pm
PODCAST PRODUCTION
Record, edit, mix, and master your podcast with us. We also assist you with using microphones, headphones, and other equipment that will make a quality recording.
