Introduction to Guitar, Bass, and Piano
GUITAR
In this video, students will be introduced to some exercises utilizing varying strumming patterns on chords using upstrokes and downstrokes on downbeats as well as syncopated rhythms. Students will use chords Amin, Cmaj, Emin, which are demonstrated by the instructor, and will review rhythmic concepts of eighth notes, quarter notes, and ties on the upbeat that create syncopation.
